Delivery & Warranty Information

Any items damaged during shipping must be returned in the packaging in which they were delivered, with invoice or delivery note. Hamster baskets 2015 Ltd warrants that faulty items will be replaced or repaired. In an event that replacement is not possible a full refund for the item will be given. Hamster Baskets 2015 Ltd will not be responsible for the replacement or fixing of items that are damaged during inappropriate assembly or installation or misuse of that item. Hamster baskets 2015 ltd will not accept claims if the defective goods have be modified or an attempt to repair the defective product has been made by any person not authorised by Hamster baskets.
Custom made items made by Hamster Baskets 2015 Ltd will not be replaced where measurements by our customers are found to be incorrect upon installation.
You may return goods that you are not happy with in the original condition and packaging with the invoice or delivery note, within 30 days.. It is your responsibility to pay for freight for returned products.
Hamster Baskets 2015 Ltd will then credit you  with a sum equal to the cost of the product.

Goods remain the property of Hamster baskets 2015 Ltd until paid for in full.


Freight Charges and delivery times

The freight charges are a guide only applicable in most cases.
Where the freight differs we will advise you before proceeding with the order

Goods will be couriered within 2 days of cleared payment, typically  delivery times for South island 2-4 days, delivery North island 3-5 days, please allow extra 2-3 days for rural delivery. If you require goods to be shipped to rural address please pay rural fee, goods will not be shipped where rural fee has not been paid. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bag.

For large over sized items that need to be sent by transport these will be sent on Friday's, you will be advised of this upon ordering, some larger items may not be able to be shipped to remote rural areas, shipping to freight depot may be advisable.

Freight for Chatham Island and Great barrier island will need to be established for large transport freight this may not be possible, please phone of email us at info@hamsterbaskets.co.nz
